Refund Policy

Cancellation

Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Additional non-returnable items:

  2. Gift cards
  3. Downloadable software products
  4. 360 Digital Academy Android or iOS Mobile Application

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

360 Digital Academy shall Provide refunds only to Job Placement Services

360 Digital Academy Provides 2 Services as of now.

  1. Advance Digital Marketing Courses
  2. Advance Digital Marketing Courses and Job Placement

From the Above Services 1 and 2, 360 Digital Academy offers a refund for the Job Placement Service i.e., the additional amount the candidate pays apart from Digital Marketing Courses.

Example:

Case1 – Candidate looking for Advance Digital Marketing Courses – Amount would be ₹ 30,000/-

Case 2 – Candidate Looking for Advance Digital Marketing Course and Job Placement

In this case, the candidate pays the amount for 2 services i.e., Digital Marketing Course and Job Placement example the amount would be ₹ 30,000 + ₹ 20,000 thus the a refund would be only applicable for Job Placement i.e. ₹ 20,000/-

Note:

  • Job Placement Refund is only applicable if we or our placement agencies whom we are associated with fails to offer you a Job Interview Round with a Company or Organisation
  • Candidate shall not be able to ask for a refund if he or she has attended at least one Scheduled Interview from the placement agency
  • The candidate is not eligible to ask for a refund if he or she fails the interview asked by the interviewer, or scheduled by the placement agency.
  • The candidate is not eligible to ask for a refund if he or she has missed the scheduled interview deliberately or due to any other circumstances.
  • 360 Digital Academy and the associated placement agencies are not responsible to provide candidates with more than one scheduled Interview.

360 Digital Academy is associated with various placement agencies thus the placement agency would charge the service fees for the service they provide such as resume building, Mock Interviews, and Job Searching thus deducting their service fees, 360 Digital Academy shall pay the remaining Fees to the candidate in 60 Days only after the end of Job Placement drive. i.e., After the Course Completion, Certification, and Job placement drive. After the drive, only the candidate shall receive the refund.

Once your refund request is been raised at support@360digitalacademy.com we shall inspect your case and once we have completed our investigation, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 60 days only after Job Placement Drive ends.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Advance Digital Academy Course (Refund if applicable)

Only Job Placement Service may be refunded, unfortunately, Advance Digital Academy Course Service cannot be refunded.
